Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where an order appears to be fraudulent, incorrect, or placed in breach of these terms.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal service delays, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout and to monitor tracking information once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds, Returns and Order Issues

You may contact us for a refund or resolution if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or not as described.

Our return and refund policy applies for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised by AKN Organics before being sent back. Please email us at info@aknorganics.com.au before returning any item.

To complete a return or refund request, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. For damaged or defective items, customers are required to provide clear photos before a refund or exchange can be processed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If the item you received was incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as described, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Where approved, you will receive a full refund, replacement, or suitable resolution for the affected item.

Return Shipping

Once a return has been authorised and return details have been provided, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise confirmed by AKN Organics.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Unclaimed Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to receive their delivery.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order may be taken to a local post office, collection point, or relevant postal centre for collection. If the order is not collected within the timeframe set by the delivery provider, usually around 5 to 10 business days depending on the country and service, it may be returned to us.

If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we do not offer a refund or replacement. However, we may be able to resend the order if the customer covers the additional postage cost.

Website Use

You agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website. You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that could damage AKN Organics or other users.

Third-Party Services
