Gluten Free Pancakes with Cassava Flour

Pancakes without the sacrifice of taste! You will be left with a light, fluffy and incredibly tasty pancakes that are Gluten and Dairy Free!

  • 1 cup of AKN Organics Cassava flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk(lactose-free)
  • 1 egg

  1. Mix up the cassava flour with baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil, milk, and egg. Mix them together until combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to rest for 7-15 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan and grease with dairy-free butter or coconut oil.
  5. Pour a portion of batter onto the frying pan(depending on how big you like your cakes)
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and flip it.

Tastes great with honey, bananas and cherries!
Serves 2 people.
