Refund policy
At AKN Organics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging with any tags or seals intact
- Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our team at info@aknorganics.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please do not attempt to send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your order.
Returns received without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@aknorganics.com.au. Please include your order number along with photographs of the issue where possible so we can assess your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless required under Australian Consumer Law)
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for your original purchase (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, noting that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@aknorganics.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
